About the role
The ERP transformation programme is deploying global standard operating procedures supported by an ERP System (SAP) globally to Reckitt’s commercial offices and factories across Finance, Sales, Supply and Manufacturing functions.
The SAP Training Lead role is part of the central ERP Organisational Change Management Team who are responsible for coaching the deployment sites through their change journey to maximise system adoption and achieve stabilization of new processes and ways of working.
The SAP Training Lead will support the successful implementation of the global ERP Transformation programme by being accountable for ensuring new SAP end users have the right skill, capability and understanding of new processes and system to ensure smooth adoption and minimal business disruption. This includes oversight of the design, development, delivery, monitoring and reporting of training programmes and tools.
This person will be responsible for managing a central SAP training team which includes 5 permanent Reckitt resources made up of 2 Training Specialists (Commercial and Manufacturing) and 3 Training Coordinators and coaching the team through the complexities of a global transformation programme. Occasional travel to site will be required to onboard the local training team, to engage local senior leaders on the importance of releasing their teams to attend mandatory training and to perform training readiness assessments.
The ERP transformation programme is one of the largest at Reckitt, heavily focused on value extraction for the company. This role therefore provides an excellent opportunity with wide responsibility for the right candidate to make a real impact on the learning experience of a large user group in Reckitt.

Your responsibilities
- Lead the SAP Central Training team of 5 people, manage their time, output and development
- Build an engaging work environment and team dynamics
- Accountability and ownership of the SAP Training strategy, methodology, tools and materials
- Maintain an awareness of learning technologies and future trends to look at where relevant to our OCM strategy improvements
- Ownership of the deployment training plan and full accountability of all SAP Training related activities including Super User and End User Training
- Onboard, oversee and mentor the local OCM resources in the deployment markets to ensure execution of all training activities on time and to a high standard
- Management of usage and maintenance of training client and associated global data necessary to deliver training exercises
- Typical project management responsibilities including planning, status reporting, recording risks/issues/dependencies and ensuring appropriate escalations
- Close collaboration with PMO for training related deliverables and input for Toll Gates and Check Points
