About the role

As the STP Senior Analyst, you will take ownership of key Source-to-Pay governance, escalation and performance management activities, supporting the effective delivery of STP operations across markets, BPO partners and cross-functional teams. You will act as an experienced escalation point for more complex BPO and market queries, ensuring policy-driven exceptions are investigated, resolved and documented with appropriate control discipline.
You will monitor SLA performance, maintain structured escalation and exception logs, support high-risk payment approval documentation, and collaborate with OTC and RTR teams to resolve interdependent process issues. You will also lead analysis of exception trends, contribute to root cause analysis and recommend automation, process improvements or upstream fixes to strengthen efficiency, compliance and user experience across STP.

Your responsibilities

•    Own day-to-day governance and escalation support across Source-to-Pay processes, acting as an experienced escalation point for BPO and market queries before manager involvement.
•    Investigate and resolve policy-driven exceptions (e.g., compliance, tax, DOA issues).
•    Track BPO performance against SLAs and report breaches, supporting management review.
•    Maintain structured logs of escalations and exceptions for audit readiness.
•    Validate and prepare documentation for high-risk or exception-based payment approvals under manager oversight.
•    Support OTC and RTR teams in resolving interdependent issues.
•    Participate in governance forums and provide insights on recurring pain points.
•    Serve as the liaison for operational queries between BPO and market teams.
•    Maintain query resolution dashboards and perform trend analysis.
•    Analyse exception and query trends to recommend automation or upstream fixes.
•    Contribute to root cause analysis for compliance gaps.

The experience we're looking for

•   Experience in Source-to-Pay, Finance Operations, or shared services environments
•   Strong understanding of procurement workflows, ERP systems, and governance frameworks
•   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
•   Excellent communication and influencing skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
•   Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities, providing guidance and support to more junior members of the team.
•   Continuous improvement mindset with experience in identifying process enhancements.
•   Fluency in Turkish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
