Your responsibilities

• Implement and manage robust GCP-based cloud solutions to meet the company's technical and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable architecture.
• Ensure the security, compliance, and performance of cloud-based systems.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the GCP platform and associated services.
• Stay current with GCP technologies and industry trends, providing recommendations for improvements.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Platform Engineer in cloud environment (preferable GCP).
• Familiarity with Google services
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
• Strong scripting skills.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and security tools in the cloud ecosystems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices (preferable Azure DevOps)
• Nice to have: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Nice to have: GCP certifications
