About the role
Seeking a visionary Senior Brand Manager to elevate our leading brand (Strepsils) to new heights in dynamic markets worldwide. Immerse yourself in customer insights and market trends, shaping the future of our products with your innovative ideas. As a key player in our marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to implement strategies that resonate on a global stage, bringing our brands to life both online and in stores. Your responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging market insights, consumer trends, and competitive analysis.
- Brand Positioning: Define and refine the brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition to resonate with target audiences and drive brand preference.
- Product Innovation: Lead new product introduction, from reviewing available pipeline to launch, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market opportunities.
- Marketing Campaigns: Conceptualize and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional media, and in-store activations.
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape within the pain category. Analyse market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies to inform brand positioning and marketing initiatives.
- Category Growth and Market Share Assumptions: Utilize market data and insights to forecast sales, set growth targets, and develop assumptions for market share expansion.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Media, Trade, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal and Finance to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all brand activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
- Lead junior brand manager, providing guidance on strategy development, execution, and professional growth.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or consumer goods industry.
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive business growth and market share.
- Fluent spoken and written Polish and English
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passion for consumer insights, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
