About the role
Would you like to be part of Marketing-wide AI transformation to enable Genesis Product across markets? As Senior Business Analyst – Genesis Adoption, you’ll have the opportunity reinvent how our marketeers work in a (GenAi)-enabled world, removing the burden of repetitive tasks and freeing our teams to focus on what truly matters — building exceptional brands and fostering personal development.
We’re on a journey, harnessing leading AI platform to give us a competitive edge and deliver efficiency and effectives in Marketing through Genesis solutions. We will look to you to scale these solutions across EU ANZ in lines with Genesis Marketing ambitions and business.
Your responsibilities
- Manage adoption for BAU markets. Maintain the Genesis Adoption Drive Guide (approach & assets) for IMEX Genesis Leads to leverage.
- Lead adoption drive global activities, including global campaigns, trainings, etc.
- Facilitate meetings with launched markets to understand progress and advise on adoption.
- Prepare Adoption updates for leadership meetings (Functional Board, etc.).
- Manage the Adoption Dashboard (new features, training, cadence).
- Publish Adoption Report of Key KPIs via email for leaders and super users.
- Coordinate with Genesis Marketing program for driving adoption and with Product teams for addressing functional opportunities and issues.
- Ensure solutions reflect global best practices, while being sufficiently catered to address market conditions (data and functionality)
- Create engagement and drive adoption, encourage active participation and enthusiasm among Reckitt colleagues to ensure user acceptance and seamless integration
- Support deployment of more Genesis solutions and/or more users to cover ~80%+ of workflows and value across marketing function globally.
- Feed into the Product backlog for new ideas and unmet functional requirements that align to the broad purpose of Gensis programme in Marketing
The experience we're looking for
- Experience leading technology adoption initiatives or similar programs within complex organizations.
- Experienced with communication and change management within complex transformations is essential.
- Proven success in driving user engagement and achieving adoption targets.
- Strong analytical leadership and stakeholder management skills. Rooted in ability to draw and communicate insights from multiple data points
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear adoption guides and present to leadership.
- Can do attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent consultative approach to developing and managing cross-functional relationship.
- Ambition to perform unprecedented tasks and obtain new skills, be comfortable with uncertainty, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Familiarity with project management. Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience using data and metrics to track adoption progress. Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
