Role Purpose:

As the IT&D Senior Business Analyst dedicated to R&D, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and implementing IT solutions that support Regulatory, and Compliance functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, driving innovation and scalability to support Essential Home’s business strategy.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and implementation of Regulatory, and Compliance technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the R&D, Quality, Regulatory and Compliance teams.
  • Conduct business analysis to understand and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Ensure that IT&D solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

The experience we're looking for

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT&D function, with a focus on business analysis.
  • Knowledge of Quality,Regulatory and Compliance technologies
  • Proven track record of successful project management and product development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
