About the role

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the development and global adoption of Reckitt’s Omni Analytics Products. This role focuses on bringing in and transforming complex datasets from omni sales channels into actionable insights through engaging BI visualisations. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams at IMEX/Regional and Global level to define and prioritise new features, drive standardisation of best practices, and support products and use cases that enable strategic decision-making across sales organizations in markets. A key part of the role is educating users and ensuring translating end users problem statements into actionable insights drive sales dashboards. 

Your responsibilities

  • Work with your functional stakeholders and the relevant Global (IT&D / Sales / D&A) teams to develop analytics best practices, use cases, and products for the markets as per the agreed omnichannel analytics product roadmap following IT&D operating model (ACAP/ADAN) 
  • Ensure implemented data analytics products have the right data governance and quality, maximised to deliver faster, newer insights needed to support business use cases. 
  • Deliver and conduct training and continuous improvement programs to ensure better product adoption. Leading the training and upskilling of multilevel stakeholders of products and services 
  • Work with the Global IT&D Product Managers and global tech leads to ensure the initiatives are delivered as planned through scrum methodology. 
  • Partnering with business subject matter experts and IT&D internal team of engineers and developers to deliver on reporting requirements, and solution designs for implementing new feature 
  • Monitor product adoption, health indicators, and identify use-cases and growth opportunities and translate stakeholder briefs into actionable use cases for development teams 
  • Undertake regular data accuracy audits across supported products and core data sources 
  • Performing thorough user acceptance testing after implementing features prior to launching 
  • Writing and reviewing business requirements documentation and technical documentation  
  • Working with delivery partners to ensure that any functional designs they are delivering are in line with standardised templates. 
  • Supporting delivery partners and business users with the testing phase to ensure that product meets requirements. 
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and resolutions of issues as part of BAU/ 

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, leading end-to-end projects and stakeholder workshops. 
  • Experience in sales analytics is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and analysis techniques; experience in Agile and Waterfall environments. 
  • Minimum 3 years in a commercial organization in business analysis or a similar role. 
  • Understanding of sales processes and analytics products; ability to create data mappings. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to work independently and in teams. 
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business or equivalent experience. 
  • Fluency in English
