About the role
Reporting directly to the Head of Europe for the Workplace, Facilities and Real Estate (WFRE) function, this individual will act as WFRE Cluster Senior Manager for the Eastern Europe cluster. They will be responsible and take ownership for all WFRE-related services and operations across commercial, supply, sales, hub, headquarter and R&D sites across the cluster.
The WFRE Manager leads ensures alignment with Reckitt’s global WFRE strategy, governance standards, and employee experience objectives. The role is responsible for operational excellence, workplace transformation, vendor management, Health & Safety compliance, and the delivery of consistent, efficient, and inclusive workplace services.
This position requires strong and innovative leadership capabilities, strong organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail. Effective communication is also critical to this role to ensure that key stakeholder requirements are met, and to ensure that the WFRE function across the cluster remains aligned with cross-functional business needs. The ability to consolidate reporting, identify regional trends, manage and escalate key risks and opportunities, and to work alongside a peer group of other Cluster Senior Managers throughout the Europe region for the betterment of the function are all vital considerations for the success of this role.
Your responsibilities
- Support implementation of global WFRE strategy, standards, and governance across the cluster in partnership with regional and global leadership.
- Lead workplace and facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and an excellent employee experience.
- Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and standardisation of workplace processes, structures, and ways of working.
- Oversee workplace planning, refurbishments, and space optimisation initiatives across the cluster.
- Manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and third-party service providers, ensuring strong vendor performance and compliance.
- Monitor facilities budgets and support cost optimisation and sustainability initiatives aligned with ESG priorities.
- Lead and develop WFRE teams across the cluster, supporting performance management, capability building, and organisational effectiveness.
- Partner with business stakeholders, Procurement, and Finance to deliver workplace and facilities projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, emergency preparedness, security, and workplace accessibility standards across all sites.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven experience leading workplace and facilities operation in a corporate office environment across multiple sites
- People management experience, including managing remote teams
- Strong understanding of procurement, contract management, and workplace services such as maintenance, cleaning, and security
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities
- Well-organised, collaborative, and able to work independently and within teams
- Good business and financial acumen with strong MS Office skills
- Project management experience, including office space planning and reorganisation
- Ability to lead change initiatives with minimal business disruption
- Strategic mindset with the ability to support future workplace development
- Facility Management certification (e.g. IFMA FMP) would be an advantage
