Reckitt is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner who will collaborate with senior leaders to build HR strategies around our diverse and dynamic goals. Your responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to commercial leaders and managers on employee relations, labor law, internal policies, and other HR matters, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor by leveraging HR expertise to drive business performance and foster a positive work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, including Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, and Compensation & Benefits, to implement effective people solutions that support commercial priorities.
  • Oversee key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning, ensuring they are effectively executed to meet business needs.
  • Drive talent development by executing training programs and designing learning initiatives that enhance commercial capabilities and leadership skills.
  • Identify skills gaps within the commercial organization and lead the learning & development agenda, focusing on reskilling and upskilling to support business growth.
  • Lead workforce planning for assigned commercial functions, ensuring the right talent is in place to support current and future business needs, while also managing succession planning for critical roles.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate personnel cost budgeting and forecasting, tracking headcount and optimizing workforce-related expenses to align with business priorities.
     

The experience we're looking for

  • At least 5 years of professional HR generalist experience in an international dynamic environment (preferably FCMG)
  • Strong knowledge of HR Processes and Policies
  • Strong understanding of local HR legislation. 
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to rapidly build and maintain trust.
  • Strong knowledge of the HR systems, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Enthusiasm, openness, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to react quickly in an ambiguous environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Knowledge of Success Factors is an advantage
