About the role
The Senior HR Business Partner plays a pivotal role in enabling the growth and effectiveness of Global Business Services (GBS) within the Warsaw Hub. This position ensures seamless execution of the Hub HR agenda for GBS while overseeing consistency of HR processes and standards across all functions operating within the Hub. Acting as a senior advisor to business leaders, the role integrates global HR frameworks with local execution, supports the Head of HR in delivering strategic priorities, and leads initiatives that strengthen organizational capability and culture.
Your responsibilities
• Act as the primary HR partner for Finance Shared Services Europe leadership team based in Warsaw.
• Provide strategic advice and coaching to managers on organizational design, leadership capability, and team effectiveness.
• Support the Head of HR in implementing Hub-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment with global priorities.
• Lead workforce planning for Finance Shared Services.
• Drive succession planning and talent reviews for critical roles.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to attract, develop, and retain key talent.
• Drive initiatives that scale best practices and cultural standards across other Hubs.
• Support engagement programs tailored to GBS and Finance Shared Services.
• Facilitate change management and cultural development initiatives.
The experience we're looking for
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering with senior stakeholders in a multinational dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and local labor law.
• Experience in workforce planning and organizational design.
• Previous experience partnering to service centers or shared services organizations.
• Experience as a people manager or in coaching/developing teams is highly desirable
• Ability to react quickly in an ambiguous environment
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage HR data for insights.
• Fluent English; experience across multiple markets is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors will be an advantage) and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills.

• Scale GBS as a strategic capability within the Hub by ensuring robust HR processes, talent pipelines, and workforce readiness.
• Drive cultural excellence and engagement initiatives that position Warsaw as a reference Hub for best practices.
• Enable organizational agility through effective workforce planning, succession management, and change leadership.
• Ensure operational consistency across HR processes and compliance standards within the Hub.
• Lead or co-lead key HR projects related to GBS growth, transformation, and cross-Hub collaboration.
