Your responsibilities

Hold end-to-end accountability for 24/7 security monitoring, incident response, identity management threat management and vulnerability management.
Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure threats are responded to and mitigated in a timely manner.
Set the direction for threat intelligence and hunting efforts.
Maximize the value delivered from cybersecurity platforms through robust integrations and automation.
Build strategic partnerships in the cybersecurity domain.
Drive and oversee security program agenda items.
Lead high-profile cybersecurity investigations and engagements, ensuring thorough analysis and resolution.

The experience we're looking for

You have an entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
You are collaborative and build bridges internally and externally.
Demonstrable experience as a senior cybersecurity leader with strategic and operational proficiency.
Insightful and up-to-date knowledge regarding cyber threats and mitigation strategies.
Proven background in managing offshore IT/cyber services and operations.
Exceptional stakeholder relationship management abilities including ability to influence c-suite management and business partners.
Proven cross functional team leadership capability, with the ability to develop talent and future leaders
Entrepreneurial skills in terms of innovation and problem solving are key along with tenacity, tough-mindedness and ability to influence and demonstrate strong team working abilities and commitment
High sense of urgency. Make sure the job gets done.
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation plans
