Are you ready to be part of an enterprise-wide AI transformation that will revolutionize Genesis Product across markets? As a Senior Manager - Governance & Value Realisation, you’ll have the unique opportunity to reshape how our colleagues work in a GenAI-enabled world.
The Genesis Transformation Office (GTO) offers this exciting senior role supporting the Enterprise Genesis across all functions. You will ensure end-to-end value delivery for each initiative, from ideation to retirement. Your expertise in change management and value realisation will be crucial in supporting the Enterprise GTO. Additionally, you will manage the benefits and costs associated with the program, ensuring value realisation.

Your responsibilities
- Lead program management, governance, and reporting for Genesis initiatives.
- Support the Genesis Transformation Office (GTO), which operates across all functions like Exec. Governance / Program Reporting / Resource & Budget / Exec. Comms & engagement / Value realisation.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as part of the scope especially related to new function mobilisation.
- Deputize for the Genesis Program Director when necessary.
- Develop and maintain detailed Enterprise roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor overall progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Identify and manage Enterprise risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Facilitate regular Enterprise governance and status meetings plus provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with IMEX, CGO, CAP & IT&D teams to deliver the most effective solutions while continuing to innovate and provide competitive advantage.
- Oversee the value realisation process, including the identification, tracking, and reporting of program benefits and costs.
- Lead and manage one Senior Financial Analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure accurate financial analysis and benefits reporting.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience with governance and reporting frameworks.
- Expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Ability to support and manage others and lead by example (the team may expand as we roll out new functions)
