Your responsibilities
- Mentoring and managing two COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) Controllers.
- Productivity:
- Participation in cost optimization and efficiency projects as a representative of the finance team.
- Identifying areas for optimization, creating analyses to determine the level of savings, conducting projects in given areas and implementing initiatives;"
- Close cooperation with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply, HR) to develop and implement productivity projects to drive business profitability.
- Helping individuals and teams achieve their goals by effectively using their time and resources.
- Monitoring and tracking projects from KPI perspective. Presenting Productivity results to Management and Senior Leaders.
- COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)
- Being true business partner for Supply & Logistic Team, leading business decisions and identify business opportunities.
- Deep COGS understanding (Cost of goods sold), including transfer prices, freight, warehousing, obsoletes.
- Leading month end closing for COGS & Supply.
- Leading process of Supply Planning and Forecasting.
The experience we're looking for
- Min 5 years experience in Financial Controlling (perfectly FMCA)
- Experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high stakeholders satisfaction
- Commercial Finance acumen.
- Analytical and technical skills (SAP)
- Effective communication skills and relationship building at all organizational levels
