Your responsibilities

- Mentoring and managing two COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) Controllers.
- Productivity:

• Participation in cost optimization and efficiency projects as a representative of the finance team.
• Identifying areas for optimization, creating analyses to determine the level of savings, conducting projects in given areas and implementing initiatives;"
• Close cooperation with stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply, HR) to develop and implement productivity projects to drive business profitability.
• Helping individuals and teams achieve their goals by effectively using their time and resources.
• Monitoring and tracking projects from KPI perspective. Presenting Productivity results to Management and Senior Leaders.

- COGS (Cost of Goods Sold)

• Being true business partner for Supply & Logistic Team, leading business decisions and identify business opportunities.
• Deep COGS understanding (Cost of goods sold), including transfer prices, freight, warehousing, obsoletes.
• Leading month end closing for COGS & Supply.
• Leading process of Supply Planning and Forecasting.

The experience we're looking for

• Min 5 years experience in Financial Controlling (perfectly FMCA)
•  Experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high stakeholders satisfaction
• Commercial Finance acumen.
• Analytical and technical skills (SAP)
• Effective communication skills and relationship building at all organizational levels
