About the role

Senior Supply Finance Controller is managing and analysing the Supply Cost across the region. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting and contribute to cost control and efficiency initiatives. It takes direct ownership for Essential Home Legal entities.

Your responsibilities

 

  • Monitor and track Supply cost to ensure alignment with financial targets and objectives.

- Supports the development of Supply cost dashboards and key performance indicators (KPI’s) for regional management

- Assist in preparing and analysing all the month-end closing activities and analysis of the Supply cost P&L accounts costs including Management reporting and commentary

- Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities and areas for efficiency improvements.
- Support the implementation of cost control measures and monitor their effectiveness.

  • Lead Forecasts & Plan, Planning process for Supply cost for the region

- Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes for Supply cost

- Gather and analyze data to support the preparation of Supply cost budgets and forecasts.

- Participate in periodic reviews and updates of forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions

  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records related to Supply cost 

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of Supply cost -related data and reports.
- Collaborate with accounting and supply chain teams to ensure accurate recording and classification of Supply cost

  • Work closely with other functions teams to understand cost drivers and operational challenges.

- Provide financial support and analysis for cost-related projects and initiatives.
- Assist in cross-functional meetings and contribute to discussions on cost management and optimization.

 

The experience we're looking for

 

  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Pursuing or completed professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance department
  • Experience of financial reporting and management reporting required, in relevant finance field is additional asset, FMCG industry experience preferred
  • Proactive and results-driven, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong ethical standards and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with Ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Advanced excel skills and ability and attitude to work with financial systems
  • Customer-centric mind-set with empathy to understand and interpret stakeholders’ needs
  • Collaborative with peers and colleagues to drive involvement and engagement, experience of working in a complex, Matrix organization with a global scope preferred
