Your responsibilities
Demonstrable expertise in the end to end hiring of top diverse talent into the Global Headquarters Corporate Functions team:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across assigned functions, ensuring a smooth and inclusive process for all candidates.
- Develop and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies
- Build strong and lasting candidate relationships, ensuring world‑class communication and engagement.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide insights on market conditions.
- Leverage recruitment platforms to keep processes efficient, compliant, and data‑driven.
- Track recruitment metrics, using data to guide decisions, improve diversity outcomes, and inform stakeholders.
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Reckitt’s visibility across your market.
- Balance multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of delivery

The experience we're looking for
Demonstrable expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent.
- A proven track record in candidate relationship management.
- Skilled in impactful communication across various stakeholder levels.
- Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Agency or in-house background will be considered
- Proficient in the English language (C1+)
