About the role

Reckitt is on the lookout for a dynamic TA Advisor to join our vibrant team. This individual will be the linchpin for connecting promising talent with life-changing career opportunities. You'll be the catalyst for growth and innovation, enabling Reckitt to tap into a diverse range of exceptional individuals ready to drive our business forward.

In this role you will play a significant role in creating a Recruitment Center based out of Warsaw to enhance recruitment delivery across international markets and Global Hub in Warsaw.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted and reliable partner to business leaders to understand and meet Reckitt's talent needs as well as to create robust pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Be accountable for top-notch; end-to-end delivery of assigned recruitment projects within defined timeframe and with highest quality.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously for all roles within, among all: Technical IT; Supply; Business Services and Corporate Functions; as well as various international projects which will depend on business needs.
  • Hold full end-to-end responsibility and ownership for attracting, sourcing, assessing, hiring and onboarding talent.
  • Craft and execute innovative strategies to identify the best candidates, engaging with both active and passive talent.
  • Create and maintain robust connections with both potential and current candidates, informed by a deep understanding of regional talent trends. 
  • Foster our employer brand, turning potential candidates into eager applicants and new hires.

The experience we're looking for

  • Proven experience from within recruitment, talent acquisition or sourcing/direct search function.
  • Exposure to dynamic, multinational environment.
  • Change resistance with ability to apply combinatory thinking and creative approaches to daily work.
  • Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Confident in communication and building relationships with business stakeholders, colleagues and candidates at all levels.
  • Analytical aptitude to use data in improving recruitment delivery.
  • Fluency in English.
