Your responsibilities

Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of commercial roles, ensuring a pipeline of diverse and skilled talent.
Develop and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies.
Adapt global attraction and engagement frameworks to resonate with Polish market nuances.
Develop meaningful connections with potential candidates, maintaining a pulse on regional talent movements.
Craft inventive approaches for engaging with the best talent, focusing on inclusivity.
Champion our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, enhancing Reckitt's recognition as an employer of choice.
Organise and manage recruitment events, optimising early careers talent engagement.
Promote an excellent candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's values and commitment.

The experience we're looking for

Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent in FMCG sector.
2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment process for sales and marketing roles.
A proven track record in stakeholder relationship management.
Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
Fluency in Polish and English is a must (Ukrainian would be an advantage).
