Your responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment cycle for a variety of commercial roles, ensuring a pipeline of diverse and skilled talent.
- Develop and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies.
- Adapt global attraction and engagement frameworks to resonate with Polish market nuances.
- Develop meaningful connections with potential candidates, maintaining a pulse on regional talent movements.
- Craft inventive approaches for engaging with the best talent, focusing on inclusivity.
- Champion our employer brand through targeted recruitment campaigns, enhancing Reckitt's recognition as an employer of choice.
- Organise and manage recruitment events, optimising early careers talent engagement.
- Promote an excellent candidate experience that reflects Reckitt's values and commitment.
The experience we're looking for
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and selecting high-caliber talent in FMCG sector.
- 2+ years of experience in end to end recruitment process for sales and marketing roles.
- A proven track record in stakeholder relationship management.
- Practical experience with recruitment systems and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional project management skills, balancing multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Fluency in Polish and English is a must (Ukrainian would be an advantage).
