About the role

Based in Reckitt’s Talent Acquisition capability Hub in Poland, you will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors who are responsible for hiring across the various Corporate Functions within Reckitt’s Global HQ based in the UK region, across all levels. The overarching expectation and purpose of the role is for you to drive the productivity of a team in achieving the core TA and business strategic objectives, whilst coaching and developing individual team members. You will foster a collaborative culture focused on knowledge sharing to elevate performance.

Your responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor the team members to develop their skills and capabilities in the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent sourcing, assessment, stakeholder management, recruitment marketing, candidate experience, Talent Pipelining, Talent AI, TA systems and processes.
  • Appraise team performance at multiple check in points – 1:1’s, mid-year, and annual performance review cycles.
  • Monitor and report on the team's performance and productivity using relevant metrics and KPIs and identify areas for improvement and action plans.
  • Collaborate with your regional Hub TA Leadership team and other TA Managers to share best practices, insights, and solutions across your regional TA team.
  • Lead and drive value adding projects and initiatives that align with the TA and business strategic priorities and objectives, such as diversity and inclusion, candidate experience, recruitment marketing, process optimisation, and operational innovation.
  • Partner with your functional HRD and the HRLT alongside functional leaders, establishing a core weekly/monthly/quarterly meeting op model in sharing TA progress on core activities such as Talent Pipelining, the balance to go and establishing value creation opportunities through data led conversations.
  • Consistently deliver and contribute to achieve elevation within the TA collective value add meetings – TA All Hands, Month TA Manager meetings. Ensuring team inclusion on the meeting agenda’s each quarter, every team member to have contributed by end of year.
  • Delivery of circa 60 job requisitions individually, demonstrating your expert Recruitment knowledge and ways of working to the team.

The experience we're looking for

  • Knowledge of hiring within the UK market is beneficial
  • Knowledge of hiring for Corporate Functions roles are beneficial
  • Experience in managing a team is important – there will be three TA Advisor’s reporting into this role
  • Exceptional communication – the ability to manage and influence stakeholders across all levels and functions
  • A focus on driving productivity and delivery; you will have worked in a KPI focused TA function already
  • Care – you lead with care, you are a real team player and always collaborate
