About the role
As a Talent & Learning Advisor at Reckitt, you’ll provide analytical support to bring together data and our talent strategy. You’ll work on talent programmes and projects to enable our functional and area teams to deliver against key processes and build our future talent pipeline. This role calls for an analytical thinker who can connect the dots between data and talent development, and someone who is great with organization and planning to ensure that programmes run to plan.
Your responsibilities
PDR, Talent & Succession Planning
- Build the local calendar for Area and Functional reviews in line with Global COE requirements.
- Track progress (objective setting, mid-year and end-year) with functional HRLT and feedback to COE on enhancements.
- Drive analysis of succession planning and talent pools, identifying key trends and gaps to be addressed.
- Support the preparation of PDR, Talent and Succession reviews working with the Talent Director and Talent Managers to ensure senior sessions are supported by accurate data.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of talent data, collaborating with market/functional stakeholders.
Culture & Engagement
- Track and analyse progress of DEI, well-being, and engagement initiatives.
- Translate cultural metrics into actionable insights.
Leadership & Learning
- Support coordination and preparation of Development programmes which are being delivered or facilitated by the Area Talent team.
- Consolidate inputs as needed for nomination to leadership programmes.
- Consolidate learning needs analysis working with the Talent Partners for the teams; analyse outputs of LNA to help define priorities.
Organisation Effectiveness and workforce strategy
- Track implementation of OE principles.
People Planning
- Track completions of People Plan and consolidate outputs, providing oversight and analysis across common metrics, and to provide inputs to wider HR teams.
The experience we're looking for
- First working experience on HR projects and events or as HR Generalist/Specialist
- Analytical skills, being data driven
- Ability to solve problems logically and methodically.
- Creative thinking paired with practical problem-solving skills and actionable communication.
- Interpersonal skills with the capacity to influence and build relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint to effectively present data insights.
