About the role
Reckitt is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Europe Hub team.
In this role, you will be the crucial link between exceptional talent and impactful career opportunities across our key markets European Markets.

Your responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across assigned functions, ensuring a smooth and inclusive process for all candidates.
- Develop and execute market‑specific sourcing strategies
- Build strong and lasting candidate relationships, ensuring world‑class communication and engagement.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide insights on market conditions.
- Leverage recruitment platforms to keep processes efficient, compliant, and data‑driven.
- Track recruitment metrics, using data to guide decisions, improve diversity outcomes, and inform stakeholders.
- Support employer branding efforts to strengthen Reckitt’s visibility across your market.
- Balance multiple priorities effectively while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
The experience we're looking for
- Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, sourcing and assessing high‑quality talent.
- Experience managing candidate relationships with care, transparency, and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and project management abilities; comfortable juggling multiple processes at once.
