About the role

Dive into the dynamic world of finance as a Tax Finance Analyst with Reckitt. Responsible for mastering the delicate balance between tax compliance and optimisation, your role is crucial in supporting our financial health. Your insights and expertise will proactively shape our strategic financial direction. With your analytical acumen, you are set to support profitability and efficiency within our esteemed finance team.

Your responsibilities

• Preparation and keeping tax calculations for Polish market (VAT, WHT, white list )
• Ongoing analysis of bookings in ERP system, comparing them with legal and internal requirements as well as with source documents;
• Contacting internal and external stakeholders to collect supporting documentation and information on the nature of transactions
• Reconciliation VAT accounts, verification and advise on the correct accounting of business transactions and VAT transitions
• Supporting servicing of tax audits;
• Maintaining correspondence with tax authorities.
   

The experience we're looking for

• Professional experience in a similar role
• Higher education in the field of finance and accounting or tax law
• Very good work organization, initiative and commitment, ability to work under time pressure,
• Good knowledge of English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word);
• SAP knowledge will be an asset
