About the role
The Team Leader/Senior Analyst - FP&A for Global Finance Services is responsible for supporting the Regional FP&A Lead and their activities. This roles involves acting as a tactical business partner to the FP&A Organisation and supporting functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing and Supply), by translating their strategies into actionable plans and implementing profitability improvement and growth initiatives.
Your responsibilities
- Managing a team of 3-4 analysts,
- Support the implementation of FP&A strategies and targets / KPIs as well as the management reports catalogue.
- Act as a strategic business partner to the Finance organisation and the supporting functions (e.g. Sales, Marketing and Supply), translating strategies into actionable plans to improve growth and profitability.
- Analyse end-to-end financial performance (including P&L and cashflow analysis) to recommend actionable insights and implement corrective actions to meet financial plans.
- Support the end-to-end planning and management reporting processes.
- Prepare plans, forecasts and management reports required by the Global FP&A Organisation and Market Retained Teams
- Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Monitor compliance with corporate governance requirements and support external audits.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
The experience we're looking for
- 5+ years of FP&A experience, including team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, P&L, and cash flow.
- Proven ability to deliver business insights and support decision-making.
- Experience in planning, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion).
- Fluent in English;
- degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, CFA) is a plus.
