Your responsibilities

  • Monitoring category and brand performance through monthly analysis of sell-in and sell-out data.
  • Building category-specific strategies, using the 4Ps to drive sales & healthy P&L structure and improve our market position.
  • Transforming brand strategy into action plans that excite our customers and integrate seamlessly with their shopping environments.
  • Fueling strategies with deep market insights, keeping abreast of trends and competitor movements.
  • Directing the annual range review and 4P planning process, creating success models that the Sales team can deliver.
  • Leading new product initiatives implementation across channels & customers, ensuring the marketplace feels our presence and grasps the value we offer.
  • Performing financial modelling to support strategic decisions. 
  • Driving operational excellence. 
  • Building & executing support plan to drive in-store visibility across all customers with coherent communication and tailor-made activations. 
  • Turning ideas into actions in collaboration with Sales, Brand Marketing, Finance, Supply & other functions.

The experience we're looking for

  • Min. 4 years of total experience in FMCG or related industry, incl. min. 2 years in trade/ shopper/ customer marketing role). 
  • Solid background in sales or marketing with a proven track record of crafting compelling customer marketing actions
  • Sharp commercial instinct and a deep understanding of shopper, consumer & category behavior and the Customer Management Process. 
  • Financial acumen – understanding of brand & customer P&L. 
  • Ability to analyze various data sources with ease, converting them into measurable and actionable plans. 
  • Effective communication skills that influence decision-making. Being adept at stakeholder engagement and negotiations – regarding both external & internal stakeholders (customers, cross-functional teams and senior leaders). 
  • Collaborative spirit & ownership. 
  • Proficiency in using Syndicated Data (e.g. Nielsen) and tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant category management software. 
  • Fluency in Polish and business English
