ASEAN Transformation Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • De-complexity is a key pillar of every decision to be made, a key element of the role is to keep the SKUs portfolio optimized.
  • Liaise with CDO and R&D to develop recommendations to expedite project execution.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of our resources. Drives the trade-offs discussions (and decisions) on resources to ensure we do not delay big projects.
  • Cross-project interdependency management.
  • Responsible to deliver Productivity goals with a strong focus on Supply Chain Fuel projects.
  • Serve as the representative of the Supply Functions to the Commercial team and Leadership team for all Projects.
  • Provide Supply Category support for Innovation Projects, working together with PMO R&D functions and commercial team, ensuring that project process and requirements are met and delivered on time and per plan. Ensure supply chain resources are tracked and budget secured. While doing that the Supply Category & Transformation Manager must protect the interests of Supply and make sure that the design of NDP / EPD formulas are fit-for-Future Supply and will not add more complexity and Cost to Supply.
  • Set up and lead project team meetings and team discussions to resolve issues related to governance and projects.
  • Maintain Supply Category Supply Category Tracker and other project reports and tools.  This is to ensure all project information is updated, relevant, and properly communicated, including Project Expenses Actual YTD and Forecast YTG.
  • Manage communication of projects to stakeholders including preparing presentations, reports, etc.
  • Lead the Supply Category Review and governance.

 

Requirements

 

  • University graduate with a degree in Engineering, Project Management, or similar.
  • Minimum 7 years of Project Management Experience.
  • Nice to have 5 years of experience in the consumer goods industry or pharma.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills including presentations, written reports, correspondence, and meeting facilitation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and control business cases for projects, including project valuations.
  • Understanding of basic product development, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing processes.
  • Extensive Knowledge of project management principles.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and verbal English language.
  • Flexible to travel, if required.
