About the role

Elevate your career with Reckitt as our next Supply Finance Analyst or Supply Assistant Manager. Here, you'll be the financial cornerstone that keeps our supply chain robust and efficient. Your day-to-day involvement will range from budgeting to strategic analysis, ensuring our operations run seamlessly and cost-effectively. Your responsibilities

Accounting & Costing

  1. Perform BOM Costing for Plan and new SKUs
  2. Lead the month-end process for the assigned responsibilities
  3. Perform month-end accruals for Tuas-related expenses (for departments assigned)
  4. Analyze and post routine and non-routine journals and post in SAP
  5. Analyze month end production variances and provide explanations
  6. Lead cost studies for new products and manage alignment among departments
  7. Perform Plan/Forecasts (FC1, FC2, FC3) of assigned areas and upload data in SAC/Fusion
  8. Perform other adhoc requirements

Reporting

  1. Prepare financial reports including Financial Scorecard
  2. Prepare reports for stakeholders and reports for Global & Regional submissions
  3. Prepare forecast and explain variances against last forecast etc.
  4. Other adhoc reporting and request for information

Others

  1. Support the business team in finance related aspects
  2. Support closely Tuas Finance Controller

The experience we're looking for

 

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting - preferably Cost Accounting or ACCA qualification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing industry or Audit experience of manufacturing companies.
  • SAP experience is preferred 
  • Business analysis experience
  • Competency in Cost Analysis, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, flexible, show initiative and commitment in an environment of rapid change
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group
  • Willing to work in Tuas
