Brand Manager , GEM APAC

Roles & Responsibilities


You’ll be responsible for growing our Health/ Nutrition brands in new markets by launching the brands/ products in newer markets; Developing and executing unique consumer demand generation toolkits and overseeing execution by our customer partners in line with agreed KPIs.


  • Define and own the whitespace expansion strategy and brand launches into new markets along with Trade marketing.
  • Design winning 4P strategy in collaboration with Trade marketing; Sales and Customers (Distributor partners and key retailers).
  • Run activation plans for key brand launches. Track performance vs KPIs and optimize the support model.
  • Pioneer a new digital-led demand generation model that can be replicated across multiple geographies across the globe.
  • Design/ Run/ oversee digital marketing campaigns for new brand launches.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners for light touch creation/ adaptation of existing global assets.
  • Own the NPD/EPD development and Artwork development.
  • Develop GEM Marketing success model to capture learnings and winning principles that can be replicated to newer launches.



  • Relevant Degree qualifications.
  • 4-6 years of FMCG trade marketing/brand marketing experience in an operational role.
  • Experience in New product development; launching new brands and digital marketing primarily Social, Search, Influencer marketing, and Performance marketing. • Strong operational skills: Previous Trade marketing experience is valued.
  • A mix of DvM and Developed market experience and exposure to multiple categories brands valued.
  • Track record of exponentially growing brands; successful brand launches.
