About the role

Reporting to Senior Manager Production, you will carry the objective of making dryer operation as best in class and the role to grow as Subject Matter of Expert Tuas and beyond within Reckitt. With this, you will lead the end-to-end process activities of the production of infant nutrition products with Quality, Safety, Productivity, Cost, Service, Employee engagement standards. The role holder has close interaction with the factory team (Production, Technical Services, Engineering, CI, Quality Assurance, and Finance functions).

Your responsibilities

  • Achievement of production volume targets of all products as per the Master Production Schedule.
  • Lead the achievement of excellent customer service through the timely production of products of expected quality.
  • Provide leadership to achieve expected product quality through use and improvement of the plant’s quality system.
  • Lead and provide input in the technical investigation for product non-conformance or process abnormalities.
  • Achieve quality objectives by ensuring compliance with factory quality system.

The experience we're looking for

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-10 years of experience in production, operation or process functions, preferably in a food or pharma manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding in production process knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
