About the role
Sampling Team and QA Responsibility

Lead the sampling team working closely with planning and warehouse team to plan the sampling activities.

Lead the sampling team to make sure all the required raw materials samples are taken on time according to the standard procedure for chemistry and micro lab testing.

Make sure the packaging materials are taken, tested and released according to SOP.

Make sure retention samples for HALBs and selected raw materials are stored appropriately and support the retrieval when necessary.

Lead/work closely with production, warehouse, chemistry and microbiology lab for any investigation for raw material and packaging material.

Do the appraisal for the sampler performance. Manage their workload. Attend the MBU 1.5 to update the raw material testing and releasing status. Update the Quality team in MBU1 or appropriate communication platform.

Ensure all the KPIs links to sampling team performance are met. Continue to review and improve the way of working for higher efficiency.

Support supplier deviation management and claims process.

Route the RMAQ (Raw material attribute questionnaire) review process for new material request from suppliers.

Writes/revises documents, procedures and SOP’s related to job.

Perform other tasks, roles or projects that may be assigned by the Quality Manager E2E Supplier Quality Management.
GLIMS / other QC computer systems responsibility

Support as a local GLIMS Admin and also as MASTR maintainer to help create and maintain the MASTRs in GLIMS for all materials (RAW, PACK, HALB and FINs) for Tuas plant.

Implement and maintain Raw material documents in conjunction with QC analysts. Documents may include: sampling programs to support production.

Ensure Raw Materials are released within the TAT to support production.

Maintain Raw Material, HALBs and FINS Quality related documents eg specifications, expiry period, to be compliant with region/ local/market specific and compendia requirements.

Support as QC computer systems Administrator.

Writes/revises documents, procedures and SOP’s related to job.

Perform other tasks, roles or projects that may be assigned by the Quality Manager E2E Supplier Quality Management.
Skills & Competencies Required

At least a degree holder at food science or related
-
An aptitude or experience in computer systems setup and static data setup and maintenance
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Willing to work in Tuas (company transport provided at various MRT stations)
