About the role
The R&D Digital Project Manager leads cross-functional digital projects within the MJN R&D Digital Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timely delivery, and strong governance. This role supports strategic and operational initiatives across PLM, Digital Systems, and remediation programmes such as the RM Remediation Project.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans, key milestones, timelines, and progress tracking.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and governance processes (e.g., RAID).
- Lead stakeholder management, including SteerCo preparation, documentation, decision logs, and follow-up tracking.
- Present project status in global/regional governance meetings as required.
- Lead project core team meetings, ensuring alignment, cross-functional collaboration, and timely deliverables.
- Identify, document, and escalate risks and issues when required.
- Build strong working relationships with R&D, IT, Transformation, and business teams.
The experience we're looking for
- Degree in a relevant technical or scientific discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience managing complex digital or PLM projects in R&D or similar functions.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle processes in Nutrition/IFCN.
- Experience working with cross-functional global teams.
- Project management certifications (PRINCE2, PMP) preferred.
