About the role

As a Data Steward, you will ensure that critical data is available to support ongoing production and maintain service to the site and its markets. In this role, you will coordinate across functions to keep data flowing accurately and on schedule, ensuring timely setup within all required systems. You will serve as the primary data entry point for site-wide systems and uphold the data gathering and approval processes in alignment with site standards. Additionally, you will support data generation, perform data analysis, and provide key reports that enable effective site operations.

Your responsibilities

Deliver setup of materials, production BOMs, routings, production versions, PDS, RTS, packaging instructions and packaging determinations, blocking and unblocking materials, control cycles, materials discontinuation and various other planning/operation data within SAP system to support site operations.

· Manage the data initiation process, co-ordinating with all relevant functions, to ensure that data is set up according to required timelines.

· Set material and product parameters to maximize planning and operations efficiency.

· High level of support of project management to ensure timely and correct NPD launch.

· Manage factory actions for implementation of global projects – Product Lifecycle Management, electronic batch records, etc.

· Extract and analyse data from relevant systems for use in weekly/monthly reporting and key. performance indicator (KPI) reporting.

· Proactively manage any conflicts in timelines cross functionally to ensure data is available.

· Ensure all data entry is accurate & accountable for all systems used.

· All data is set up to ensure no impact to site KPI’s.

· Enriching data for new Material Creation.

· Supporting internal stakeholders with New Material processes.

· Raising and working within Fast SKU/MDG system.

· Maintaining local data in SAP ECC.

· Managing stakeholder relationships and training for new users.

· Maintain regular validation of data structure.

The experience we're looking for

  • Associates degree preferred with 2+ years of SAP master data experience; SAP Super User strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end data processes, SAP environments, and pharmaceutical/FMCG operations.
  • Highly detail‑oriented, organized, decisive, and able to prioritize under pressure with a strong “can‑do” attitude.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and lead cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Planning, QA).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; able to interpret large data sets and create clear action plans.
  • Advanced IT proficiency, especially Excel, with experience in pharmaceutical document systems.
  • Customer‑focused, action‑oriented, and committed to continuous improvement and challenging the status quo.

US salary ranges

USD $88,000.00 -  $132,000.00

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
