- Audit BIM models and documentation for compliance with BEP, ISO 19650, and site standards; perform clash detection, resolve issues, and verify accuracy and formatting of all incoming BIM files.
- Manage information exchange across platforms (IFC, COBie), lead BIM/document control meetings, and maintain all controlled documents in the CDE with proper version control, archiving, and secure access.
- Create, update, and quality‑check technical, supplier, and validation documents; review RFQs and datasheets for completeness; compile project dossiers and construction files; and process, scan, and file documentation.
- Administer document control systems, implement process improvements, generate status/compliance reports, support internal/external audits, and serve as the main point of contact for document inquiries across Engineering, Production, and Quality.

The skills for success
- Proficiency with BIM tools such as Revit and Navisworks, and cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Strong working knowledge of electronic document management systems and data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 19650, LOD standards, and industry documentation protocols.
- Strong attention to detail with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills.
