About the role
The Project Coordinator plays a key role in driving the successful execution of high‑impact operational and quality initiatives across the organization. Reporting into the Quality function and operating as part of the PMO team, this role partners closely with R&D, Technical, Engineering, Operations, and Project Management to coordinate activities, track progress, and keep deliverables moving forward on schedule.
With a focus on structure, visibility, and execution discipline, the Project Coordinator supports critical efforts including QMS activation, laboratory implementation, and production ramp‑up. This role acts as a connective force—bringing order to complexity, maintaining momentum across workstreams, and ensuring teams are aligned as projects transition from planning to execution. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of quality, operations, and project delivery.
Your responsibilities
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of Quality‑led and Operations‑focused projects by tracking tasks, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timelines are met.
- Coordinate cross‑functional activities across R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Quality, including preparing meeting materials, capturing decisions, documenting actions, and driving follow‑through.
- Track and report progress across key initiatives such as QMS activation, laboratory implementation, and production ramp‑up, ensuring readiness, documentation, validation, and stabilization milestones are visible and on track.
- Maintain high‑quality project artifacts including schedules, trackers, RAID logs, dashboards, and status reports; escalate risks and issues early and support mitigation and resolution actions.
- Operate within the PMO framework to support governance, reporting, change control tracking, and continuous improvement, promoting consistency and discipline across project execution.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations, Quality, or related field.
- 2+ year’s experience in project coordination or project management, ideally in a regulated, technical, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting Quality, Lab, or Operations teams strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of QMS processes, validation activities, or manufacturing ramp-up is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Smartsheet).
