We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who thrives in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments and loves turning complex challenges into seamless execution. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind major programs—owning timelines, aligning stakeholders, navigating risks, and keeping momentum high from kickoff to delivery. If you’re a hands‑on leader who brings structure, clarity, and discipline to large‑scale initiatives, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact and elevate project excellence across the organization.
Your responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and daily execution to ensure milestones are met.
- Drive cross‑functional coordination by running project meetings, resolving roadblocks, and keeping teams aligned and moving forward.
- Own RAID management—identifying and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, and leading mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
- Enforce change control processes, assessing scope impacts, securing approvals, and keeping all change documentation accurate and communicated.
- Apply consistent project management methodologies, maintain high‑quality documentation and KPI reporting, and support continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience, preferably within a PMO or other structured project environment.
- Prior experience leading cross‑functional teams in matrixed organizations and managing complex, large‑scale project timelines.
- Background applying process improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma), including governance, resource management, and structured reporting.
- Demonstrated experience using project management methodologies and working with MS Project or similar tools for planning and execution.
- Proven history managing risk, overseeing change control, and delivering projects with strong attention to operational requirements and detail.

US salary ranges
USD $115,000.00 - $173,000.00
Hiring range up to 140K

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
