About the role
Dive into the heart of manufacturing innovation as a Validation Engineer at Reckitt. Are you inquisitive? Do you examine cause and effect to develop solutions? If so, in this pivotal on-site role, you'll ensure validation activities are completed to support the CAPEX plan, site validation master plan, strategic imperatives and improve cost effectiveness. Lead, drive and be responsible for continuous improvement of validation processes within your area of responsibility.
Your responsibilities
- To lead and coordinate Validation activities across the site, providing clear evidence of status
- Works closely with the Site Validation, Engineering and Technical Managers to have full working knowledge of the CAPEX Plan and Site Validation Master Plan
- To initiate and implement Validation improvements in the areas of cost, quality and customer service
- To support the Global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facilities providing Validation support as required, working with the Regional Supply Heads to support global manufacturing, Technical and Engineering strategies
- To ensure that the company’s strategic imperatives as they relate to the Validation Department are delivered
- Management of projects within budgets and deadlines to ensure implementation of supply\Validation strategy
- Key involvement during audit inspections with respect to equipment, cleaning and facilities validation and ensures the site is audit ready in all markets at all times
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree required + in-depth knowledge / experience of Validation standards
- Pharmaceutical and/or OTC industry experience preferred
- Knowledge of FDA and cGMP standards required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to influence
- Good understanding of material properties and manufacturing/processing technologies
- Good communication, presentation and influencing skills, using a range of approaches tailored to the audience\situation
- Ability to work with and influence cross functional teams
- Organized, detailed and persistent

Salary Range
USD $71,000.00
- $107,000.00
Hiring Range: $71,000 - $90,000
Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
