About the role
The Warehouse & Logistics Associate helps manage the daily flow of goods by receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping inventory within the Wilson site. The role is crucial for maintaining inventory accuracy, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring safety compliance.
This role is not currently sponsoring visas or considering international movement at this time.
Your responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to all HSE, quality, GMP, and cleaning standards while practicing strong safety awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping deadlines, maintain efficiency, and balance priorities to produce high‑quality work.
- Participate in all EHS programs, including behavior-based safety observations, based safety observations, ‑based safety observations, near‑miss reporting, incident investigations, and internal/external audits.
- Complete all required EHS training, inspections, documentation, and reports accurately and on time.
- Safely unload and receive incoming materials, inspect shipments for accuracy and damage, and complete all receiving, shipping, and production documentation.
- Manage inventory by tracking stock levels, updating material locations, and using barcode scanners and warehouse computer systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment—such as forklifts, pallet jacks, turrets, and clamp trucks—to move materials and pallets safely throughout the facility.
- Relocate components from storage to production areas while following all work instructions, SOPs, and the Quality Control Plan.
- Maintain excellent housekeeping and comply with waste ‑reduction, recycling guidelines, and Warehouse Management System requirements.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving ‑skills, flexibility in performing varied tasks, and ownership of assigned work.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with cross functional ‑functional teams including Operations, Facilities, and Engineering.
- Maintain the physical stamina required for lifting, standing, and performing job duties for extended periods.
- Support a culture of safety, accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
The experience we're looking for
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to pass the internal driving evaluation.
- One or more years of relevant experience in a team-based ‑based operating environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, initiative, work quality, and ability to manage workload effectively.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in verbal and written English.
- Proficient with computers, software systems, and data processing; SAP experience preferred.
- Typically works an average of 40 hours per week based on site needs; overtime and weekend work may be required.
- Ability to stand and walk frequently throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
- Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and turning required during job tasks.
- Must be able to climb stairs and crossovers as part of normal duties.
- Work occurs primarily indoors with occasional outdoor tasks; temperatures reflect normal production conditions.
- Proper PPE must be worn at all times.
- Ability to work effectively with cross functional‑functional teams including Operations, Facilities, Quality, and Engineering.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Quick learner who is self-motivated and motivated, and ‑motivated and detail‑oriented.
- Strong problem-solving ‑abilities.

US salary ranges
Hiring range: $22.50 - $28.00 / hr depending on experience
US pay transparency
The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
