About the role
As Sales Planning & Process Manager HU&ADR you will be responsible for all the key financial activities into Hungarian and Adriatic Sales Department, including Customer Planning, Forecasting and Budgeting, Sales Targets setting, performance measurement, governance and control, and be a solid point of reference for the Company Management team. In this position, you will report to the Country Manager HU&ADR Core.
Your responsibilities
- Prepare Adriatics planning tool and Hungarian sell-in, sell-out files and reports on monthly basis
- Prepare and ensure that distributor stock is robust and correct, send KPI report to the region on time
- Create forward looking reports with scenario analysis behind NR and GM (showing clear connection between IMS and shipment with brand mix effect)
- Build Adriatic P&L tool within the Brand groups to support better planning
- Prepare and monitor Trade Investment accrual/invoice tool by distributor
- Provide high quality backup for all trade invoices. Ensure invoices and credit notes are processed in reasonable time.
- Price management; uploading price change/setup request; check approval status - ensure workflow is completed in reasonable time; communicate price changes
- Support Sales and Finance teams in P&L creation - both on ad hoc and standardized basis
- Support HU Sales team in operational tasks in monthly reporting and FC1, FC2, FC3 and Plan preparation
- Lead ways of working optimization and propose automation improvements
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply, Finance teams and with customers / distributors
The experience we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in Trade / Commercial Controlling in a fast-paced environment, ideally in FMCG
- Strong Financial understanding and background
- Having sales / distributor market experience is an advantage
- Strong Analytical skills, to run complex scenarios on financial key sales metrics
- Strong Excel, PowerBI and SAP experience
- Bachelor's degree level in a business-related subject
- Fluent English and Croatian
- Resilient and able to respond under pressure
- Sufficient skills in impacting, contributing and challenging business strategy with a positive attitude
