Your responsibilities

  • Relieve Packaging operators and operate the following equipment: can depalletizer, case palletizer, casepacker, and labeler.
  • Complete all necessary transactions, reports, and documentation.
  • Perform assigned preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Operate forklifts and other power vehicles to move supplies.
  • Perform/assist operators in the appropriate cleanups in the packaging area.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
  • Perform MBR audits for Packaging.
  • Perform daily inventory for Packaging.
  • Complete quality audits for Packaging.
  • Be able to effectively utilize and input into the Production Reporting database.
  • Must be able to use independent judgment and work well on a team.
  • Communicate and work with maintenance and quality teams for Packaging issues and improvements.
  • Enter Non-Conformities into the Reckitt Non-Conformity database.
  • Use SAP to a high level to complete everyday tasks.
  • Understand the escalation policy for Reckitt for support.
  • Lead the Packaging department when there is no supervisor present.

The experience we're looking for

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.
  • One to three years of experience in a manufacturing environment, required.
  • Previous experience operating and maintaining packaging equipment is preferred.
  • Ability to use independent judgement while working in a team environment.

Pay Rate

USD 26.00 per hour
