About the role

Dive into a fast-paced world where precision and dedication come together. As a Store Keeper, you will play a pivotal role in the journey of our products from development to delivery. This is a chance to be part of the backbone that powers one of Reckitt's dynamic production environments. It's not just about handling materials; it's about being a vital part of a team that ensures quality and efficiency. Managing the Daily Shipment plan, Outbound freight optimization, Export material dispatch, Inventory record accuracy in the warehouse, Management and control of all Third-Party logistics suppliers within the operation and Ensure full SQC adherence in warehousing and transport space.

Your responsibilities

• Ensure daily shipment plan on a daily basis and tracking of pending/new orders
• Processing, dispatch and documentation of all orders
• Ensure daily tracking and update of all dispatched trucks
• Ensure inventory management and coordination
• Adhere to regulations, ensuring accurate documentation of goods received and dispatched.
• Full Audit compliance (Quality – GDQM Global distribution manual and RB safety standards)
• Maintain a standard of excellence for all products, satisfying both internal and external customer expectations.

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum of OND preferably in Logistics, Engineering or other related fields.
• Experience in Warehouse and freight management preferably in FMCG, Logistics.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), preferably JDE
• Proven ability in inventory management, supply chain processes, and customer service.
