About the role
As Logistics Assistant your overall objective is daily support of all company’s functions in servicing customers by implementing RB’s vision and following RB’s values. The role requires close cross functional interaction with service providers, customers, Demand planning, logistics, finance, IS and Sales Division.
Your responsibilities
- Perform manual sending of SD and FI documents (e.g. invoices, credit notes, supporting documents) to customers individually, based on specific requirements.
- Manage customer-by-customer communication, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of documents.
- Monitor and track document dispatch to ensure full audit trail and compliance with internal policies.
- Handle customer-specific requirements and exceptions, including different formats, channels, or timing constraints.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Finance Controlling teams to ensure alignment and issue resolution.
- Support data validation and reconciliation between systems (SD/FI) where required.
- Flag inconsistencies, delays, or risks proactively to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications
The experience we're looking for
- Previous experience in customer service, finance operations, or logistics support
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field)
The skills for success
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactional activities under tight deadlines.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English (mandatory due to customer communication requirements).
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SAP (SD/FI modules) or similar ERP systems.
