About the role
This role will lead, coach and develop talented healthcare sales team to provide best in class services, education to healthcare professional customers supporting them in making informed decisions to provide best infant and paediatric nutrition care. The Omnichannel Regional Manager is responsible to develop team capabilities, strategic regional plans. coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding regional results and contributing to the overall corporate growth. The Omnichannel Regional Manager is actively engaged at a Senior leadership level to drive the corporate culture and lead the changes to accelerate long-term growth
Your responsibilities
Develop strategic plans to achieve business results
- Translates brand & business growth priorities into strategic regional and territory plans, allocate and prioritize resources to drive outstanding results.
- Collaborates with medical marketing and healthcare sales operations teams to develop messages, supporting material, approaches and sales tools to meet the needs of healthcare professionals.
- Accountable to monitor and deliver individual and team stretch goals with measurable objectives to accelerate result attainment.
- Analyses regional performance and take actions to fast track results and sets ambitious objectives.
Develop a high performing team

- High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn and use new systems and technology in executing operational plans.
The experience we're looking for
- 7 to 10 years of experience with advance/ well developed skills and knowledge of Healthcare sales and marketing with track record of driving performance
- Experience in the area of leading, coaching, developing individual and team to achieve established goals and sales targets
- Experience in developing regional sales structure supporting evolving go to market approach
- Experience working directly with healthcare professionals and exposure to the Healthcare industry.
- Owns comprehensive understanding of consumer and customer journeys within the healthcare environment including hospitals, community, formulary reimbursement programs, regional and provincial healthcare system and different type of healthcare professional practices.
- Has experience promoting broad product portfolio,
- Excellent verbal and written skills – English language
- Business Related travel constitutes at minimum 50% of the role.
