About The Role

Provide day‑to‑day operational, coordination, and documentation support to the Medical Marketing & SFE team.

Please note: This position is a 1-year contract role and will be based at our Head Office in Jakarta.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting event management for all medical activation initiatives (e.g., sponsorship to attend third-party events, RTD, GD, HCO sponsorship, MM Event): from proposal preparation and approval process to creating CL-CA/SOW, post-event documentation, and event closure.
  • Managing SFE operational data: SFE project master data (Call, Segmentation-Targetting, hospital data) and supporting MSF KPI data.
  • Promotional material management (including gimmicks, patient delivery, and special projects such as PPE donations).
  • Supporting document collection for all activation payment process and audits.
  • Updating actual attendee reports and compiling supporting documents for audit preparation.
  • Assist in vendor coordination, PO processing, and invoice tracking.

The Experience We're Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in event management, SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness), or operational support is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination & organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail in documentation, compliance, and audit preparation.
  • Data management capability, including handling master data and KPI tracking.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Project management mindset with ability to follow through tasks from initiation to closure.
  • Compliance awareness in handling medical activities, sponsorships, and documentation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM/SFE systems is a plus.
