About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT&D Senior Analyst – Connectivity Services to lead and support the design, implementation, security, and optimization of enterprise and IT/OT network infrastructure services across regional and manufacturing environments. The role will drive network transformation initiatives including SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, Private 5G, network segmentation, and cloud security while ensuring secure, scalable, resilient, and high-performing connectivity services aligned with business and cybersecurity requirements.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead the design, deployment, optimization, and modernization of secure IT/OT network infrastructure across manufacturing and enterprise environments in China.
  • Implement scalable and resilient network solutions including SD-WAN, ZTNA, Private 5G, Software Defined Networks, and IT/OT/IoT connectivity.
  • Support IT/OT separation, network segmentation, infrastructure lifecycle management, and transformation initiatives aligned with cybersecurity and operational requirements.
  • Develop architecture designs, technical solution documents (TAS), standards, governance, and operational documentation.
  • Ensure network infrastructure availability, reliability, performance, security, and compliance across business-critical environments.
  • Implement and manage network security technologies including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, secure remote access, and OT segmentation solutions.
  • Support cybersecurity, audit, risk management, and compliance initiatives aligned with NIST, IEC 62443, and Reckitt global standards.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation for network and connectivity issues.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application teams, vendors, and managed service providers for project delivery and operational support.
  • Drive automation, standardization, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives across connectivity services.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, business continuity, and service governance processes for critical infrastructure services.

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise network infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
  • Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) Enterprise or Security certification preferred.
  • Strong expertise in SD-WAN, Software-Defined Networking (SDN), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architectures, including hands-on experience with Silver Peak SD-WAN solutions.
  • Proven experience deploying and managing Zscaler cloud security platforms including ZIA, ZPA, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking technologies including Wireless, Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA Center, and Software-Defined Access (SD-Access).
  • Hands-on experience with wireless design, RF planning, network segmentation, automation, and policy-driven access control.
  • Good understanding of emerging technologies including Private 5G and IoT connectivity.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
