Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

Your responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between brand and sales team including the coordination and alignment of marketing promotions with sales promotions to ensure a cohesive and complete customer marketing program.
  • Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase in-store presence and sales.
  • Execute yearly Trade Marketing Plan based on marketing programs within retail calendar.
  • Be a strategic communicator between business leadership and sales teams with strong influence.
  • Establish channel strategies along with execute associated plans, including pharma channels.
  • Prepare trade promotional plan in designated channels with crucial customers.
  • Contribute to organization’s goals plus objectives and enhance market share and sales performance.
  • Provide marketing assistance to sales team through answering clients and product inquiries.
  • Lead retail and pharma channel's trade marketing strategy development to accomplish defined business objectives through product categories.

The experience we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience across multiple trade channels, primarily Trade Marketing, Category Management or Sales.
  • Must possess strong bias for action, ability to break down barriers and facilitate cross functional collaboration.
  • Proven leadership skills in influencing teams and implementing key business initiatives.
  • Ability to comprehensively understand and convert consumer, category, competitor, and channel/customer insights into sales/marketing plans.
  • Proven strong analytical abilities and translate insights into strategic and tactical plans.
  • Passion for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced in Microsoft applications Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. as well as Nielsen and IQVIA.
  • Advanced English.
